Express Workforce Foundation provides training on soft skills such as work ethics, punctuality, interviewing, interacting with co-workers, and job coaching.
Our goal is to apply Person-Centered employment that's fits their needs, interests and skillset. Our job coach works hand in hand in giving the most employment options for their unique needs and abilities.
As people find direct placement with business, others may be re-assessed as they have developed new skills and experiences . Others may find their employment choice has changed or if a different program has become a better fit for them.

We have decades of experience providing, training, mentoring, education, information and support to adults with developmental / intellectual disabilities and their families.
The Community Heart is a fundraiser for the Community Heart Project. CHP supports our food pantry providing those in our community employment service, teaching through education our youth and doing so we work with with disabled adults and inclusive setting and they support disabled and non disabled youth on the importance of agriculture, employment and proprietorship.
Our social service organization plans to expand out of our local community to work our way abroad to help the homeless community. With your support and contribution, our vision to help others will spread across the world.
Our Goal is educate the youth to grow nutritious food on their own. We also include our clients by showing the children the use of the hydroponic system and sustain a at home garden while learning job/vocational skills.
Root 66 is our newest partner and we have maintained our garden with the help of our clients. Through hands on training, we teach sustainability, healthy alternatives from our garden, and giving back to the community with our food Pantry.
Participating in adult day programs helps participants discover their individual gifts and talents. It also makes them more confident in their ability to live independently and handle any challenges they might face. Our program specialized in building independence, social skills and teaching daily living skills for I/DD which is very important as they face the real world.
Empowerment brings a sense of confidence and resourcefulness. Feeling empowered can result in better decision-making and locating the help that you or your child may need. Research shows that those who have a support feel empowered and have better health and well-being.
Self-advocacy is a person’s ability to effectively communicate and assert his or her needs. It is an effective tool, and people who self-advocate are more likely to experience success at work, at school and throughout their lives.
